The Electric Grand Panoramic Barrel Sauna with porch is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six adults. Crafted from 38mm FSC-certified Canadian red cedar selected for its clean appearance and minimal knots, it offers a smooth, refined interior and comfortable seating surfaces.
Its signature curved panoramic dome invites the landscape in, creating a remarkable sense of openness while adding usable space inside the sauna. Whether you’re watching the weather roll through, taking in a mountain view or reclining beneath the night sky, the outlook becomes part of the experience.

Full panoramic dome: The curved dome projects nearly half a metre beyond the main barrel body, adding visual openness and usable interior space.
Canadian red cedar with minimal knots: Our cedar is selected for its clean, refined appearance, creating smoother seating surfaces and a more premium interior than heavily knotted timber.
Space-conscious heater position: The wall-mounted Harvia heater keeps the centre of the sauna open, helping preserve valuable seating and foot space.

The Grand includes the renowned Harvia Vega BC60 6kW electric heater as standard. For customers wanting additional heating capacity, the Harvia Vega BC80 8kW heater is available as a $250 incl. GST upgrade. Water can be poured over the included volcanic sauna stones to create gentle steam—or löyly—for a traditional Finnish-style sauna experience.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We deliver nationwide from our Christchurch warehouse.
Your sauna is supplied as a kitset in a protective plywood crate, with the panoramic dome transported separately. Because the dome is a large and fragile component, we work with a trusted freight partner experienced in handling our sauna kitsets and taking particular care of the cargo throughout its journey.
Delivery can be arranged to one of our freight partners’ regional depots for collection, or we can source a quote for Hiab delivery directly to your property. Some regional routes may require transfer to a local delivery partner for the final leg.

INSTALLATION
The Grand Panorama is supplied as a complete kitset for assembly on its permanent, prepared base.
Many customers choose to complete the installation themselves or engage a local builder or experienced handyman. We recommend at least two capable people, basic building experience and access to appropriate power tools. Installation time will vary depending on experience, site access and preparation.
Comprehensive assembly instructions are included, and our experienced team is available by phone to provide installation guidance if required.

The electric heater and internal light must be connected separately by a licensed electrician after the sauna has been assembled.

SITE PREPARATION & ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
The sauna must be installed on a solid, completely level and free-draining base. Suitable options may include a concrete pad, level deck or correctly prepared compacted aggregate base.
Allow sufficient surrounding access for installation, exterior oiling and ongoing maintenance.
The Harvia Vega BC60 6kW heater and included internal light must be hardwired by a licensed electrician. Your electrician should confirm the property’s available electrical capacity, circuit protection, cable sizing and cable route before installation.
Electrical connection, cabling and site preparation are not included in the sauna price.
