Our full fisheye plexiglass dome is our signature feature. Unlike saunas with flat ends, the curved panoramic dome adds light, space and absolute wow-factor, extending nearly half a metre beyond the barrel with an internal wrap-around bench that hugs the inside. It’s designed to connect you with your surroundings, whether you're soaking in alpine views or stargazing flat on your back. The dome increases internal space at the apex, creating a spacious and luxurious feel inside.

Many saunas use heavily knotted cedar, which can compromise the wood's dimensional stability over time. Knots don't expand and contract with humidity and temperature fluctuations and can fall out. At Panorama Saunas, we use virtually knot-free FSC-certified clear-grade spliced cedar. You will typically find no more than 1-3 knots on your entire sauna. Splicing the cedar offers a refined and visually striking look, minimal waste and reduces warping and twisting over time compared to full-length knotty cedar.
